Aeroshell Aerobatics

At Sun n Fun I was lucky to get a flight with the Aeroshell Aerobatic Team flying in the #2 AT-6 Texan they fly. We took off from Lakeland (LAL) and did some formation aerobatics!!

If you're interested, the flight is the first 14 minutes of this video. I wasn't able to mount a camera the way I wanted and had to hold it for the outside shots but it turned out okay. They really do fly a tight formation...almost hard to get a good feeling from the cameras.

I've flown with Mark in his T6 at his farm but not in formation with the others. Would be neat.

I got to fly with them in formation aero a few years ago at Oshkosh./ "Awesome" doesn't come close to describing the experience.
