If on the day past, able to travel fast,
Longing for pride after a long Harley ride.
Weather so great to go to a neighboring state,
Wallet with a cramp due to what's on the ramp.

Luck had it - no rain but, also, no time to train,
Just got to look and study the book.
Sure will be challenge when done - Weight & Balance;
So, back to Maine and in leaving, felt a pain.

Though the day was long and the travel sprite,
As in out of a song when the lyrics are right.
So now that you've read, what thoughts in your head
Tell you what's my plane got that "I" have not?

That's true; but the preferred answer is "The plane is IFR Certified but I'm not.".

a. Nav/Com #1 = Garmin 430W pkg.
b. Nav/Com #2 = Narco MK-12D+, w/glide-slope(w/ID-825 indicator)
c. Two VOR
d. some other stuff I can't remember

En route, the Harley delivered 50.5 mpg; and gasoline in NH was $3.99.9.
