A&P with I/A needed in SW Washington

I've recently moved to Vancouver Wa from Eastern SD.
I had a great mechanic their that would do owner assisted annuals and projects with me.
I bought wrecked/neglected airplanes, hauled them home, then WE would fix/repair them, fly them, and then I would sell them.
I had a great time with it and the mechanic had plenty to bill me for ;^)

Does anybody know of a mechanic in this area that may be interested in similar activities?

Daryl Dasher at TTD and Danny Stark at 7S3 I know are fine with owner assisted annuals. Whether they get involved with 'flippin' planes I dunno.
