2,200' x 60' grass airstrip with runway cones every 200', clearly marked displaced thresholds. Windsock erected within the last couple of months.
1000' of UG electrical service installed to area cleared for hangar/home (backfilled trench can be easily noticed to the left of the gravel drive in the below aerial of the runway.
New 365' deep well w/ 1.5hp pump and 85 gallon expansion/pressure tank. Well is drilled at the same location cleared for hangar/home.
Prox 1000' of 4" to 6" thick x 14' wide gravel drive installed (topsoil was tilled, removed and gravel was laid up flush with sod on both sides). Prox 200' remains to be built to reach building site.
Entire runway was tilled to 4" to 6" deep, rock raked, and rolled back in. Prox 1,800# of rhizome fescue spread...1300# last spring and 500# overseeded last fall. Turf is good...and will only get better. The second photo below, the aerial view, was taken last April, just a few weeks after seeding and before the grass had a chance to start growing.
Misc ancillary items available. Additional runway cones. A "model airplane" wind indicator w/ prox 13' wingspan, etc. Buyer of property will have right of first refusal on the Bush Hog PZ3073KH5 ZTR. 30hp, 73"cut @ prox 13mph that is listed here:
