The 4th Annual Mt. Toberfest Fly-In and Campout at N41 Waterbury Airport Plymouth, CT is right around the corner! October 6th-9th this year! We are excited to release the schedule of events for this year!
This years Mt. Toberfest we will be celebrating the 100th year of operation for N41 Waterbury Airport! You may not have noticed the welcome sign by the road signifying the airport established in 1923! Come celebrate 100 years!
We were completely blown away by the attendance of 125 aircraft last year. Mt. Toberfest has become the largest grassroots fly-in of its kind in Connecticut, and we would like to repeat that success this year!
We have some exciting new announcements to come for this year that will be announced in the days and weeks to follow. The biggest change this year is the date which we moved up to the first weekend in October to take advantage of some warmer weather as requested as well as the extra day for Columbus Day!
You can expect the same great events we had last year from group fly-outs, the ever popular pumpkin drop, STOL/SPOT landing contest, raffle prizes, food and movie and of course camping for up to three nights!
This is sure to be another epic year, and you are not going to want to miss it!! Hope to see more Supercubs this year. Stay tuned for updates about prizes, swag and more.

A small assortment of the many raffle prizes available to win at the Mt. Toberfest Fly In. $1 a ticket and place it in the bucket for the prize(s) you would like to win.No limit on how many tickets you can buy. Only one prize per person will be awarded. If you win more than one you decide which you would like to keep and the other goes back to be won by an alternate.

We are only a week away. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. Call your wing men/women no matter what they are flying and come join in the fun.

*****Update****Mt. Toberfest Fly-In****Update****
The Mt. Toberfest is offically being POSTPONED to October 20th-22nd.
We have been checking the field daily as well as keeping a close eye on the weather.
Although the field has been drying out these past nice days given the present feild conditions from the deluge of rain last weekend, and the certainty of more forecasted rain, overcast skies and wind for the weekend it would be unsafe to conduct flight operations.
This decision was not an easy one to make. We have had overwhelming support from our event donors with record raffle prizes and record turnout expected. We unfortunately just cannot control Mother Nature who has been a bit tough to work with this year.
It is our hope by delaying a few weeks we will have favorable weather for another great event! We hope everyone’s schedule allows some wiggle room so that you can still attend!
Good things come to those who wait just hang on a few more weeks! See you October 20-22nd!!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
We regret to inform you that the 4th Annual Mt. Toberfest Fly-In and Campout N41 Waterbury Airport Plymouth, CT originally set for October 6, 2023, and rescheduled for this weekend has been cancelled due to the unfavorable weekend weather forecast.
The event will not be rescheduled for 2023. A date for 2024 will be announced early next year.
We understand your disappointment and share in it, but safety always comes first. The forecast is not favorable for a large portion of the eastern U.S. With pilots flying in from all over, we feel the decision to cancel now is the correct call.
We look forward to seeing you all again next year!
