Speaking as the owner of an M20R Ovation, pretty much the normally aspirated equivalent of this bird - Whoever gets this is going to have a great cross-country traveling machine. Tons of leg room, flies like it's on rails, and even with the NA version that's 50 knots slower in cruise I can pretty much beat the airlines anywhere east of the Rockies flying from Wisconsin. $179K is a very fair price too, IMO, for a bird with only 400 on the engine and those avionics.
