It comes with the cowling. Just got a few new fasteners for it, so they all match.

Why did it have a top overhaul at only 293SMOH?

It had continental cylinders with an AD against them, which required moving the timing from 24° BTC to 28° BTC. The new cylinders allowed timing to be returned to 28°.
