A private pilot may not pay less than the pro rata share of the operating expenses of a flight with passengers, provided the expenses involve only fuel, oil, airport expenditures, or rental fees. So, how exactly does your business do this reimbursing? I need to pass this information on to my CPA.

From the damage to the LE, it looks like they came in steep and fast. If at night, maybe they got disoriented.
