Well...this oughta get interesting, then. Because at DVT, in the lobby, is a series of aerial landscapes shot by a photographer flying an ultralight. It's even mentioned in his bio, which features a self-portrait of him flying an ultralight. And I highly doubt he's giving this stuff away....

I knew who he was from some photo magazine articles. That doesn't change the private vs commercial requirements, though.
