Correct, my water thermostat is fine. This is an oil thermostat made by Thermostasis and is an add-on unit. When I took it out the thermostat was stuck halfway open which was allowing the oil to flow through the shortest path and bypassing the oil cooler which caused my high temperatures. Thanks...

I just removed the Thermostasis oil thermostat and joined the respective hoses together with a pair of 3/8 inch couplings to return to stock configuration for oil hose routing. Temperatures only Rose until yellow at 113°C, but came down to 100°C for normal flight.
