Not likely. I've read here that there's a "boilerplate" letter they send out if you don't meet 1 or more of the eligibility criteria for 61.113. One of those criteria is to hold a valid DL. Mine's reinstated, but I'm going to check my status in NDR first. Just one less tick mark to worry...
