Doubt this is possible. All the LOA for experimental's that have been issues are just for transition training.

    Flying GA into NYC

HPN isn't bad. Land go to signature and walk accross to the train station. It will take you right into grand central station. If you do TEB you almost have to take a cab.

    KA C90 vs PA-31T vs C425

After flying Cheyenne I, Cessna 441 and the KA350 I'll take the Beechcraft any day of the week. For me the Kingair is the most comfortable of them all and the newer C90s are around 275 knot airplanes.

    F8L Falco Questions

Don't know about the Lancairs as I've never sat in one. However if I wanted a two seat screaming traveling airplane that handled great I'd get this. TAS of about 245 knots and handles like a dream. It being all metal is also a plus in my book.

    F8L Falco Questions

I have about five hours in 828TS. It had the lower canopy and at 6 feet tall my head was hitting it with a headset on. That being said it was a wonderful handling and flying airplane. Had a TAS of about 170 knots if I recall. With the raised canopy it would be in my list of top 10 favorite...

    Real-world RMI usage?

When flying ADF approaches it make it much easier. Also it is possible to go direct to an intersection with a RMI but it's been so long since I've done it I can remember how. They are good for situational awareness. Here the panel of what I fly at work and while the HSI is displaying the FMS...

Aft Body Strakes on twin Cessnas??

Yes the 421c I flew seemed happiest about 17-18K. I only went to FL250 to clear some weather. I miss that airplane. It was a nice quiet comfortable airplane to fly and with the training link gear it made you look like a pro. We since sold it and upgraded to a C441.

    Descent Calculations

I can't believe how many of you depend on you gps. It's very simple. 3 time your altitude loss is how far out you start down. 5 times your groundspeed is how fast you come down. And guess what, it keeps you on a perfect 3 degree glide slope.

Yeas the only time I had the 421C I used to fly at 25000 it definitely wasn't happy up there. It did it but I don't think she liked it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Why buy a new C182 when you can buy a new twin for less?

The only other bad thing about the 700and 702 is range. Standard fuel is 165 gallons if I remember correctly. That 3 hours to dry tanks at 50 GPH which is what they burn in cruise. The ax fuse tank helps bit you give useful load then.
