Howdy folks. Thought I'd announce the arrival of my latest little co-pilot. She was born on 11/25 at 8:22 am weighing 7 lbs. and 3 oz. and 19.5" long. She was a bit early and needed to spend a week in the ICU but she's doing well now and is coming home today!

Many clubs operate that way. Pilot owner/members lease their planes to the club to help defray the costs of ownership, and keep their planes flying.

Kind of..... I'm trying to determine a fair and equitable amount for o/h reserves for member owned club-leased planes for use in negotiation of their dry rate.

I was just wondering if anyone had any info based on past experience.

Well, folks, I have finally got everying together that I can think of and scheduled a meeting at 52F in the Blue Hangar Cafe. Pretty neat deal, I was able to reserve the whole cafe for an hour with an open soda fountain and coffee pot. Meeting is on the 17th at 6 pm.
