We'be heard of the old truck gun, what about plane gun?

It can be a useful tool, and many carry them everyday, so why not when flying? I'd rather have it, and not need it, but I agree there are more important things in a survival situation. Water, and a means to stay warm come to mind.

    Southwest is up next

They allowed the male/male family to board, but not during the "family boarding". What were the damages suffered by them as passengers? I guess they had to wait a few extra minutes at the gate prior to boarding.

Thank you. A very nice, young couple that had just graduated from college. Sometimes, you are not at the top of the food chain.

[N/A] Yes or No on Home Inspection

Title insurance is inexpensive, and totally worth it. I don't buy homes, nor airplanes without it.

[N/A] Yes or No on Home Inspection

Any easements, or right of ways? Any other restrictions that run with the property/land?

    First Salad Shooter Lesson

I have flown left seat in an R22, and R44. Both arms folded across my chest, afraid to touch anything, or even breath. :) They are a blast. It felt like an amusement park ride to me, and I couldn't wipe the smile off my face. Other than that, they have no reason to be "flying" if that is...

    Mixture rich on approach?

It would be safe with me. :) I had my Tiger based in Colorado with actually a pretty low (for there) field elevation of 5,512 ft. But even before (and after) I lived there, I leaned from engine start to shutdown, except for those times, as you state that I needed extra cooling. In mid...

    Sea Lion attacks

I had two friends that were eaten by a Grizzly bear in Glacier National Park as they slept in their tent. A man, and a woman. To this day, I will not be a soft target in Griz country.

    How to prepare an egg

I make my own Egg McMuffins, and they are way better than McD's. One egg, fried, well done, 1 piece of ham, also fried, 1 Thomas's English Muffin, toasted, and buttered on both sides. Melt a slice of cheese on the egg as it cooks, and voila! I buy my eggs exclusively from a local farmer, and...

    Sea Lion attacks

I would say they are both correct, but I don't use words such as these anymore since I negated my undergraduate English degree by getting a grad degree in something useful, and realistic. :) So words like "misogyny" etc just don't work for me. :D

    How to prepare an egg

I will scramble three or four eggs, but only use one yolk. Egg whites are a very healthy form of protein as you well know.

    First Flight with the Fam

They liked it? You didn't do enough inverted fly-bys then.

    Sea Lion attacks

For whatever reason, maybe it's Hollywood, people like to humanize, or project human attributes onto wild animals. At the least they view them as domesticated. Maybe because some of them look cute, and cuddly. I don't know. Many of them would eat your face off in a heartbeat if given half a...

A nice little IFR flight KASE-KAPA

I purposely avoided that place, and not because the airport can be squirrely either.

    Waiver Release Form

Anybody can sue for anything, but would there have to be some type of negligence on the pilot's behalf? Separately, I've heard judges throwing out signed "waivers", and that they are "not worth the paper they are written on". Again, hearsay, and I am sure it varies state by state, or maybe...

    Waiver Release Form

Again, not an attorney, but wouldn't it limit the liability to corporate, and NOT personal assets? So, the individual can now go after both corporate, and personal assets if the plane is owned by an LLC?

    Waiver Release Form

Yes, consult your attorney in YOUR state, but if I was that concerned, I'd just form an LLC, or similar to shield be from as much liability as possible, but I am not an attorney, so......
