I have experience with Jack at the recovery shop http://recovery-shop.com/ he did a great job on my 172 k

If you are going to look at Penn Yan also check AirPlanes -- I had a K with the 180 O360 and it was wonderful. Also verify which prop you use. some have 0 tolerance for damage where others can take a little off the tip on a minor ground strike --- BTDT :(

Neato works well for us. gave an earlier one to my son. It has been several years now.. Love the mapping and ability to schedule. Vacuums stuff, hard floor, carpet and mix.

Santa Rosa KSTS has a good restaurant on site outside seating. Jet Center FBO friendly, has crew car, nice amenities.
