Plans like this were reasonably priced just within the last 10 years. Now? Look up the deductibles and premiums on Bronze plans.. yikes!

True enough.. I'd like to say I've never missed a "dead give away," but it happens.

There are many things that "should never" happen when we go fly, but they do, and to good pilots too. Best to learn from them instead of telling people "That should never happen to you!"

There's truth to that. A pilot with a medical has been required to report any mental illness, medication, or doctor's visits. That is some form of evaluation, at least.

The crazy thing here is, without prior coordination, there were three (3) camera angles. So just beware, if you do something even slightly questionable to other people, there's a good chance you'll be on camera. Maybe multiple cameras.

In that case, why not just have planes coming in ask 'ATITPPA'? Then they can be advised.
