NorCal app have always been a bit more strict. Can't get too mad because they got SJC/OAK/SFO super close together. I head that OAK tower was the worst.

Oh, I LOVE it here. Regardless if I got called out or not. XD The only other aviation community I am part of is AVSIM which is more for flight sim, and THEY will chew you out for anything. And I'm not being defensive so much as making sure I'm the one being corrected for My mistakes.

With all due respect, my CFI has nothing to do with this. I was the one who was confused about the requirements. My CFII is extremely knowledgeable and has been teaching for decades.
