    91 year-old completes flight review

You are reading into it something that isn’t there. I had never seen a cardinal with a 3 blade prop. And as i said, if some people see an advantage for the 200hp Mooney, i guess the cardinal RG, with the same engine, would benefit the same. He probably bought it that way anyway.

Reasons they uplift one at a time (norwegian cruise ship)

How many people are you comfortable killing at once? I think the bottleneck may be getting them into the helicopter. They are going to do the method they are trained for unless really desperate. Offshore man basket would work if they were just dropping them on another boat nearby. But i...

    More funner Tesla alternative...

At least they realize the have a problem. The boomer bike owners have mostly bought their last Harley. There are fewer gen x harley people. And fewer still millennials. Harleys just aren’t cool anymore. They are a senior citizens bike. Like a corvette!

Check my math, it's been a while.

I would do a quick calc as 47 x .125 x 1 x .577 = 3.4 Would not expect failure below 3400 lbs. That is not the safe working load, however. Use 5:1 against ultimate for swl of 680 lb. Static loading only

Adsb, mode C veil, and no electricity

I searched but didnt find any obvious thread that addressed this. I read 91.225 and im not sure its 100% clear. If i buy a 73 year old champ that has never had an electrical system, can i fly it within the mode c veil, or more specifically, under the bravo shelf after jan 1 2020? I think the...

    Red Bull Super SkyMaster

My buddy has a Navy O-2. There were only 6 the Navy bought from the air force for testing. He got his multi in a civilian 337 back in the day so he has a Centerline thrust limitation on his cert.

What to do after PPL/how to save money or fly for free??

Glider clubs need tow pilots - if you meet their minimums. The ones near me i think require 250 or 300 hours? Plus some tailwheel.
