Is a chiropractor considered a physician?

You hear a joke 50 times and it starts to get a little stale.

Is a chiropractor considered a physician?

Technically the AME medical exam does too but in reality it doesn't usually happen in either case.

    Phone in Flight

I have Avare on my phone but I keep forgetting to try it during a flight. I have a Google Pixel phone with a 5.5" screen so it would probably work fairly well with that size screen. Every plane I fly has moving map GPS and I always carry a paper sectional as a backup, but I really need to give...

    ME-262 Article

Let's not pretend he is isn't casually comparing our President to Hitler. There are plenty of other write-ups on the ME-262 that don't include this garbage. No need to give it the time of day.

    Jury Duty

In Massachusetts your employer is required to pay you for 3 days of jury duty. My employer will pay for the first 2 weeks and then require you to use your PTO if it goes longer. If you have no PTO left then they go back to paying you. The state will only pay you for days that your employer is not.

    Jury Duty

I just got called for jury duty this coming October. It's just District Court so if I'm on a case it will be minor. The serious stuff is tried in Superior Court. The first time I was called for jury duty, everyone that was called just sat in a room for 5 hours before they announced that all...

    Stories from the Boneyard

I was just remembering a story of an SR71 that was flying across the Atlantic on it's way to a museum. They exceeded the limits to set a speed record. Normally that would have caused the need for a bunch of maintenance before the next flight, but there wasn't going to be another flight.

I hope so because she's technically not legal under BasicMed until she has the whole form in her possession.

Did you ever break engine limits or anything on those flights, just to see what they could do? ;)

    Lots of SpaceX news

I'm actually thinking of applying for a job at Cape Canaveral. I know most of their jobs are in California, but I have no desire to move there.

    Basicmed this friday

Yes a PA or an NP can perform the exam as long as a physician signs the form. It's the same way DOT physicals are often done.
