I generally calculate up to 40% withholdings on “windfall” income, and I’m rarely disappointed. I’d say most should calculate 25-30% minimum for planning purposes.

Both. I started using Foreflight toward the end of my initial training and the reports made filling out IACRA paperwork much easier. I take occasional photos of my paper logbook and attach them to the Foreflight logbook.

Their site does say they work to make your life more enjoyable. And they’re right. I was highly entertained.
