Well I guess that answers that then.

    Following Another Plane

If you're just following, then maintain a few miles separation and pick up flight following and you should be fine. You'll arrive a few minutes apart with no issues. Enjoy the flight. "What Would Ron Say"? :D

    Aviation Calendars

I'm looking for a 2016 back country aviation calendar. One of the Piper Cub websites has one but you have to be a member. Cub Crafters may have one coming out but it isn't out yet. Does anyone know of where I could find one? Google hasn't been that much help. What kinds of calendars does...

    Following Another Plane

If you're flying wing, ALL you should be focusing on is the lead aircraft. Whatever lead does, you mirror. It's almost as if you're one unit. Taking your eyes off of lead can result in losing visual contact or possibly a mid-air collision. If you've never flown formation before, I would not...

    I want one !!!!

Looks like a cool toy, but I'm not sure it's practical for much else.

    Finding hangar space

I couldn't imagine paying that for a hangar; that's really high. I have a feeling that's probably not uncommon though.

    Finding hangar space

Great advice. I put my name on a list when I moved and ended up finding another hangar that was even closer to where I live. I feel fortunate that I was able to move into an area and find a hangar immediately. If I move again in the future I'm not so sure it'll be the same.

Which one? :D Have you found one yet?

    Price of airplanes up?

Mooney prices appear to be around the same as they were when I was looking one a couple years ago. But like Fearless Tower said, there's a difference between the asking price and what it actually sells for. A lot of people get the attitude of "but MINE really is worth this much!". What are you...

How To: Transfer Planes Mid Flight

Not as smooth as Bond in Goldeneye, but it'll work. :D How do you pull that off and then make that bouncy of a landing?

    GO PATRIOTS!!!!!!!!

Let's also not forget that Robert Kraft and Richard Berman, the federal judge who presided over the Deflate Gate case, were at the same party in the Hamptons together. Regardless if that had any bearing on the case, it's the perception, as I said before...

JPI Fuel Scan 450 vs. EI FP-5L

Thanks for the info. I'll keep doing research to see which one will work best. I'm assuming with the JPI you set how many gallons you start with and it calculates everything based off that? They look to be about the same price so that's not really a concern. Of course as I start looking at...

    GO PATRIOTS!!!!!!!!

Every team suffers injuries and questionable calls. I don't think the Patriots are in any position to be complaining about questionable calls, though. Now the Panthers need to lose. :D

JPI Fuel Scan 450 vs. EI FP-5L

I'm looking at adding a fuel monitor to my plane and wanted opinions on these two models. They're about the same function wise, but I'm curious as to real world feedback. I'm leaning towards the EI purely because I like the way it looks better. What's the general consensus on these two models?

    Very nice. Enjoy!

    On the roll..

What kind of airplane and what engine package?

    On the roll..

I check to ensure the oil pressure and engine temperature are in the green, manifold pressure and fuel flow are up and the airspeed is alive. On the roll I'm making sure the mixture is set properly and the prop is full forward.
