    Multi-Engine Rating

Ditto, almost to the penny on all counts except a T-210 that was even heavier, and M/E training in a Snicker that was even lighter.

    Mulit time building programs

OK, big mouth, let's cut to the chase. What's the most money you have ever earned (salary, day rate, trip rate or whatever) during any year as a professional pilot other than as a CFI? Or include CFI if you need it, just post the number on your tax return. How many hours or days or...

    Job hypothetical question

Not many aviation jobs that are worth relocating, and many of those that might qualify are commutable. When the move occurs, it's usually because the other (non-avaition) job was the motivator.

    Mulit time building programs

If it were possible, sure. The maturity and aptitude that we're looking for would require your mind-read software, since there's no other way to strip back the BS. Well, except for forums like this that make it simple as pie.

    Under $30k airplane

Awkward entry/access issues compared to 170's but fun little planes. I had a Vag-17 for a few years, always wished it was a Pacer.

Pricing aircraft from a seller's perspective

I have already changed my text enhancer's auto-response from "Dude. YGBSM" to "Gee whilllikers, a ________ for only ________! It's a beauty! " :D;) But I'll somewhat abashedly admit that I looked through TAP electronic and Barnstormer briefly last night, just to confirm the impression that...

Engine upgrade: To Pponk or Texas Skyways?

Thanks, I really hadn't looked into it further than talking to Tom Clements (the King Air guru and friend) about his plane that he likes a lot after the new engine install.

    Mulit time building programs

From a human interest standpoint, sure, but in most cases not for these jobs. They usually aren't ready and need an intermediate step, although some will argue that they're as good as they need to be. The problem we face is that crew experience is among the best selling points they can possess...

Pricing aircraft from a seller's perspective

At which point the question of "what's the best?" will be debated. When that happens, you don't hold all the cards. The market thinks the B-models are far better than the others, as do some of the old-time owners and mechanics. You continue to maintain that the 48's are better. I don't...

    Prop Strikes and Values

Definitely for mine, absolutely no question. LF wings are a double-edge sword. Especially in shear conditions or when pilots are distracted. Whomp! I've only seen a few landing-induced bent wings in the shop for repairs, all have been Comanches. Not that C's B's and M's don't suffer some...
