I learned the hard way that when flying uncoordinated (out of trim ball not centered) the fuel gauges do not read accurately. The fuel is forced the out and inboard side of the fuel tanks not reading accurately and giving you a false reading.

I have a few employees that will thank me for a Christmas Bonus but most do not. I always make a Bonus check separate from the payroll check other wise it just gets deposited and used for monthly expenses. Most of my employees work out of town so Christmas Parties never work, cant get everyone...

Why are you not considering a 2 seater? If you can use the SR22 when taking the family it would be much cheaper to own and operate a smaller 2 seat plane. Plus it would be the best of both worlds, there is plenty of times I wish I had one.

You can't call that little hand controller sticking out of the side wall a yoke :) I will agree that the pricing is getting very close between the two and if you can afford to service the SR 22 its a great way to go.

I'm not sure why most pilots feel they have to use flight follow? When I'm with other planes I would rather have ship to ship. I guess traveling to Osh has gotten me use to it. (You have no choice they wont give you flight follow in bound to Osh). When by myself I always use FF just to keep...

Are you sure you didn't inadvertently switch the plane over to stealth mode?;) It's happen to me several times, I believe its not seeing the number of satellites required to get 3d coverage. That's what you get for flying a plane with the wing in the wrong place.:yes:

One more thing a tandem aircraft is good for.

I would look at upgrading the exhaust. There's just not much there to go wrong.

I want to order one but afraid I will get the wrong one, when will they be in the stores to touch and hold? I want to make sure whichever one I get will have a better platform for Texting, I hate the current set up on the 5, I have so many misspelled words from my uncoordinated fingers.
