I have 5 hours on the oil that I drained from my airplane for the condition inspection, I saved it in clean containers and use it as make up oil until the next drain interval.

driving a large beater + parking lot at Christmas: one time I found myself in a parking spot and two guys in a small car thought the spot belonged to them.. There were two of them and one of me.....it was not worth fighting about, I reached into my pocket for my keys to let them have the spot...

Driving a big heavy duty vehicle does have its advantages. I once owned a full size 1970's Dodge 3/4 ton van... the left rear corner was hit while parked.........The van had a golf ball size dent and a scratch on the chrome bumper, the Ford Pinto that hit me had a destroyed right front fender.
