Nice panel and nice video. I looked at the Dynon system while at Osh, but in the end it'd cost a lot more for me. Instead I decided to just add the second G5 for HSI, and replace my old audio panel with a PMA 450A. I also already have an engine monitor (MVP50), Avidyne IFD440, and Garmin GTX345.

I agree Hang 4. I've went to doing all my flight plan filing on with FlyQ. I still use Garmin Pilot on every flight because it connects to my GTX345 for traffic and weather, plus I like it's logbook. I use FlyQ for all my flight planning and filing, and for it's geo ref charts and taxi.

I run an IFD440 with a single G5 AI, no issues at all, work perfectly together. The next software update to the IFD's adds support for G5 HSI's. I think there are some using dual G5's with IFD's currently, so I'm not sure what additional functions the new software adds.

Don't get me wrong, I'm actually rooting for Diamond to get the DA50 to market. I'd love to see a Jet-A option in the single HP market, especially with retract. I'd take the DA50 over an SR22 (if I could afford either) myself. Time will tell if they can get it to market, then how the market reacts.
