I don't think you understand. Dynon doesn't force you into their network for assistance, so help can be as close as your own skill set, or your A&P, or your preferred avionics shop. Options are usually better, no?

Not sure I understand. I had a Garmin 430 problem and Garmin said to "take it to a dealer and have him send it to us". Garmin dealer was a couple hundred miles away. I wanted to have my Dynon HDX screen modified, and Dynon said "send it to us". They modified it and returned it to me a week...

I'm not in the Ogden area but my granddaughter is, and I'd like to buy her an intro flight. I'm looking for a recommendation from a local as to which FBO/Flight School at Hinckley provides this service and who has safe, well maintained planes and competent CFIs.

The original data plate was removed by an IA, certified as such by the FAA. He told me the unmolested A Pillar id plate covered the regulation. I brought the plane home and looked at the regs myself and it does say the plate is required, on the empennage, etc., so I did the best I could to...

Interesting thread, to me. I also plan to do this, albeit to Ogden, VFR in a Cardinal w/o oxygen. I had planned to follow 80 to Echo Lake, then follow 84 through Weber Canyon. But the mouth of Weber Canyon can get breezy - I've seen 70 knot winds flowing through it and it isn't that wide, and...
