I was surprised to see that one; it sounded similar (to my uninformed mind) to the rudder hardovers 737s had (including loss of two?) maybe 30? years ago in which the hydraulic actuator was to blame in certain temperature conditions.

Isn’t there a way to put something out there, maybe a bot, which will notify you when a thing, anything, appears for sale on the internet?

I like the 'wrap around the cluster including behind the firewall method - seems foolproof.
Method A), however says it attaches to a bracket under the head of the engine mount-to-firewall bolt....so if the bolt fails, the cable isn't going to help you...
