I now have 2 GTX345's w/ GPS. One includes a gray-code encoder and harness wired. The other is setup for RS232 encoder, which is not included. I'll take $5,000 for either including shipping CONUS.
The Dynon does NOT cross-fill to the Avidyne OR the Garmin. It can be setup to tune com frequencies on the Avidyne, but not if you have a Dynon COM. I will receive flight plane and HSI information from the Avidyne or the Garmin equally.
Dynon has not given up. Almost all engineering resources at Dynon are devoted to auto pilot development and approval. It’s just not a fast and easy process.
Don’t believe anything you hear. They don’t care about this product line. Makes me wonder what get bought it, but what do I know. I wouldn’t take historical lead times as a measure if future performance.
No lead time known. B/k purchase of TT has all but killed the product. They will come, but don’t hold your breath. I have 10 servos on order with no ship date in sight.

We use a lot of harnesses made by Approach Fast Stack, but no 2 harnesses are the same. There are always customizations due to other equipment that must be interfaced with what you are putting in, as well as distances between equipment. Even the shops that build harnesses spend a lot of time...

Right, but there would be no glide slope, and using the CDI on the display would make things much more complicated, both with field of view and display size.
