Toronto - Delta Airlines CRJ-900 upside down, Flight 4819 from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) to Toronto

My estimates show they were at least slightly left of centerline. And it's a 200' wide runway.
It is common for only a portion of the width of the runway to be cleared initially. Will have to find out if it was cleared full-width and the height of any snow banks that may have been present.
 
I tell my students, "Don't worry about the centerline, that's for the professionals."

I was told it was my job to rub all the paint off the centerline so the maintenance guys would have something to do. Somedays I actually find it ... ;)
 
You don't want to be *too* much on the centerline for takeoff though:
