Is there a known issue with the multi-quote function?

I'm frequency getting truncated quotes when I have a number of posts selected for multi-quoting. In some cases, the wrong poster is attached to someone else's words.

Here's an example of one quote that was truncated. Only a portion of a sentence was included in the quote instead of the full post.

This is happening almost every time that I have more than one or two posts marked to quote for a single reply.

Ummm. Let's see

The barbed wire goes on our side.

I'd take an "americanized" guinness over a grande mocha latte pecan pie infused vanilla blueberry raspberry oatmeal porridge oyster creme brulee ipa, um, "beer".

My family has several hundred acres in the Midwest. I was wondering if anyone can build a runway? What are the requirements? Nothing for anyone else really. Just for myself to land and park and takeoff?
Thank you kindly!

If any text is selected (highlighted) then only the selected text will be quoted.

Can you give a step by step instruction for a post where it is known to happen?

I'm still having the multi-quote problem. Doesn't happen all the time, but is happening often.

Like Ron, I'm wondering exactly what you are doing.

Is it possible she was hired before meeting 1500 hours (I believe that’s the way the UND program works) then met the 1500 and got the
ATP in January 2025? This would explain the restrictions on the Airman record that is being shown on social media.

I'm reading the thread and clicking the multi-quote button when I find a quote to which I want to reply. When I reach the end of the thread, I click the insert quotes button and that's what I get.

It doesn't happen every time. I thought it was more likely when the message(s) I quoted had multiple quotes in them already but, on this latest example, none of them did. I also can't recall it ever happening when I used the multi-quote function to quote only a single message.

I've grabbed most of the posts in this thread into multi-quote. Let's see...

The only thing I see is that embedded quotes are not being carried over.

you broke it.....this is why we can't have nice things. ;)

Thanks. I don't think any text was highlighted but I'll make sure it isn't and see if that works.

Something weird like that happened to me, but only once so far.

I've seen some weird behavior a couple of times, but not enough to be sure it isn't PEBCAK.
Could be. I've been trying very hard to make sure that I don't have any text highlighted when I insert the quotes.

I've had it happen quite a bit when quoting your posts because you, like me, are a heavy user of the multi-quote feature in your posts.
