I had a random question that I thought would be easily answered but so far I've failed. In what order is the old textual winds aloft table sorted? I live roughly halfway between Syracuse and Buffalo so I'm always comparing those two lines, which are not adjacent. It's not alphabetical. It's not east-to-west or the reverse (Albany, Buffalo, Syracuse aren't in order) nor is it north-to-south.
