Haven’t flown in a while, thinking of getting back into it.
Over a prolonged period of time I noticed my vision was gradually deteriorating and was blurry at times intermittently. Thought my prescription was off. So I went to Dr got my eyes checked and everything was normal. They did however diagnose me with Dry eye and prescribed Xiidra eye drops. Ever since the first dose I am back to crystal clear 20/20 vision. Never had an issue since.
How does the FAA medical division view this, and will I face any difficulties? I want to know before, so I don’t ruin Sport Pilot option.
