What altitude? And how hard do you want to run it?
Also, are you considering a T or TN?

If you have the data at 8-10 and 15k feet that would be good. 65-75% power.

Data for T or TN would be helpful.

for real world speeds I suggest looking at flightaware....and watching the traffic.

And different for altitudes. 170 knots is slower than I ever saw. Here is 192 at 17,000 feet. 75% power. The turbo Cirrus is a beast. The NA… meh, just another vanilla high performance plane. ;-)

My TN reliably did 200 KTAS at 17,500 burning ~17 GPH

Ts tend to be ~5-10 knots slower.

Try to find a good tailwind and they can really cover ground (yes I was in a slow descent but come on, 352 kts!)

What are real world cruising speeds in a Cirrus turbo?
Really slow if you're in Mexico with it and you don't remove the turbo badges on it.
Because if they see them they'll put Jet-A in the tanks.
