Hello everyone,

So kinda new member here. I was actually a member back about 10+ years ago. Life took me away from aviation for about 10 years, but now I'm finally getting back into it, and wanted to get connected to the community once again.

A little about me:

I recently bought my first airplane, a Glasair Glastar (two place high wing, EAB). I am based out of Delta Colorado (KAJZ). I fly once a week to Steamboat Springs, CO (Wx permitting) for business. I was definitely quite rusty after a 10 year hiatus from flying, but I am finally getting comfortable flying and staying consistently ahead of the airplane.

I have a out 320 hours, most of which I accumulated over 10 years ago.

Welcome back!

And I'm jealous, you probably have some amazing scenery flying from KAJZ to KSBS.
What route do you take? You've got some pretty big terrain in those parts

This is my typical route. Keeps me out of the high terrain. I generally fly 11,500/10,500, but can go as low as 9500 for most of the route.
