I think this particular TFR will be a non-issue (its physical location in relation to the most used routes and the fact there's not a significant amount of pre-July 18th air traffic for a number of reasons). That said, the point is well taken that pilots should be diligent in their X/C planning...

IIRC Camp Scholler opens June 28th or there abouts. But like aircraft camping they don't assign campsites - its' first come, first serve (one exception are the improved Scholler sites with water and electricity -- those can be booked online). You do have more choice as to your exact site in...

The recreational drone altitude limit set by the FAA is 400ft AGL. Commercial operators can request higher.

Or a BATD. I own a Redbird TD2 which is an FAA approved BATD with a LOA and QAG and completely legal for logging 61.57 currency requirements. While not cheap, it's affordable compared to an AATD.
