That's the USNS Spearhead. I had to look it up myself...I knew they made some big catamarans, but then didn't hear much about them.

Yep, same one. These were taken over Camas, Washington.

Safety first - my USAF-formation-qualified buddy was flying my Sport Cub from the back seat while I snapped pics up front.
