WingX not showing NOTAMs

Anyone using WingX notice it is not showing any Notams for the past couple weeks?
TFR’s and Weather showing just fine.
I emailed their support, I have previously received prompt responses from them, but nothing this time.
I know at least one other user having the same issue.

I’m experiencing the same issue now as well. Haven’t found the solution yet. Maybe a recent iPad update is the culprit?
 
I don't think there's been an update since Version 9 came out last February. Minimal support anymore, Hilton has apparently moved on, it's time we did.
 
There were some minor tweeks with WingX since then if I recall, but I thought it may be more the latest iOS update (13.1.2) that could cause some compatibility issues.

I’ll reach out to WingX/Hilton and report back if I hear anything.
 
My Foreflight is working fine...toured their office yesterday...all the pilot support guys seemed to be bored waiting around for an issue...sorry just had to comment... and really was there yesterday.
 
Yeah - rub it in... But for WingX, the price is right for us military type! (free)
 
I'm experiencing the same problem, and I have NOT updated my iOS yet. I'm running 12.4.1.

I just checked on my iPad, as I haven't recently updated the OS, and it's not working. But sounds like you've made much more progress by actually getting in contact with them.
 
The feedback I got back from Walter / WingX was to uninstall and reinstall the app. He stated he had success with retrieving the NOTAMs after that. Unfortunately, I won't have WiFi before I have to fly today (thus, ability to reinstall databases), so I cannot verify if that proposed solution works yet.
 
HOWEVER - a new fly in the ointment - WingX is doing the same thing on my iPhone (no NOTAMs), so that leads me to believe it's not an app-specific installation issue on the iPad.
 
Change 99 - it appears there is an update for iOS - 13.1.3. Maybe that is a contributing factor.

13.1.3 doesn’t correct it

sounds like a server issue on their side
 
I concur. I found some WiFi, updated 13.1.3, uninstalled and reinstalled WingX.

No dice.
 
Just noticed it today. I’m updating my iPad to the latest iOS as well
 
Looking at my iPad it looks like it's running iOS 12.1 and no NOTAMs.
 
Got a call from Walter at WingX. Problem should be solved, and I've verified it works now.

Great customer support!
