Who are members of our Houston, TX brigade?

I may have some business in Houston, TX next week (July 12 & 13) not far from IAH and will be staying overnight. I'd like to meet some of you guys and have company for dinner. I'll be landing/parking at DWH, and likely stay near by.

Anyone down there want to join in? And what is a good Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives type hole in the wall we can eat at? I really prefer those than the corporate cookie cutters (Chili's or the various Pappa's places)
