I'm not too familiar with STC's available for 140's... which one is this?

But if it's a Cessna 140a then the STC must be for moving the wing from the top to the bottom ...

I’m worried now I don’t really own a Cessna 140, I was lied to all this time… wonder what plane I have in my hangar as mine looks nothing like that!
