I may shift my FAA address of record due to occasional long-term trips interfering with reliable mail access.

If I do so, will I also fall under the Regional Flight Surgeon for the address listed in the FAA database, or is it based on my actual main residence?

While a good address is required, I'm not sure I see why you're concerned about interfacing with the RFS....?

That's a good question to ask your current RFS Office. If you don't know the number, ask your local FSDO.
