Yes, in part. This is the most egregious problem.Hmmm, the blindspot for the top aircraft should extend from the bottom of the fuselage not the bottom of the wings. And be centered on the pilot seat.

Yes!The simple answer is that the pilots would have to be OUTSIDE of the airplane to produce the depicted blind spots, one above and one below.
