That would be CET; the Chemtrail Effectiveness Testing program; been going on since we started spraying.
3 hours after a spray over a populated area that needs mind control, they sample the spray grid to check for adequate coverage.

Hey, that airplane is old enough to smoke!

The airplane is a DC8-72. As a -72, it started "life" as a DC8-62 and was later modified with the CFM engines and recertified as a DC8-72.

I have time flying another DC8-72, the one which is now flying for Samaritan Purse.

The CFM engines, FWIW, smoke a heck of a lot less than the original P&W JT3B engines.
