Yeah, but that useful load, though...Seven seats (like my old Land Cruiser).

Well, it does have really good short takeoff performance. Landing not so much.Freaking Mike Patey will buy it, put giant tires on it with some obnoxious engine and name it something like "MUSK-y"
By definition, all millennials were alive and cognizant during the shuttle program.the millennials have never heard of the space shuttle so the airbnb idea won't "fly"
Holy crap that put my brain into overdriveNo total time listed...pass
Did the tower clear them to land?
By some definitions, they were alive during the shuttle program but we are still waiting for cognition. (Posted by one of the many “I’m not a millennial, I belong to a tiny cusp generation!” millennials floating around and loathing that they have nothing in common with people they probably have a lot in common with.)By definition, all millennials were alive and cognizant during the shuttle program.
Drastically. At the maximum gross weight of 4,400,000 lbs, the craft will climb at an average of 50,000 ft/min from sea level through FL1000. Lightly loaded at 165,170 lbs (basic empty weight plus a solo FAA-sized pilot), it won’t maintain altitude at all, and will descend at 10,000 ft/min below 10,000 MSL.How does the gross weight effect flight characteristics?

To be fair fuel exhaustion is a problem in any planeDrastically. At the maximum gross weight of 4,400,000 lbs, the craft will climb at an average of 50,000 ft/min from sea level through FL1000. Yeah, and the fuel fraction at takeoff is rather heartbreaking. Not to mention that two of the engines will need frequent overhauls.I think the maximum landing weight is quite restricted compared to max TO weight.
On the plus side, only one owner....
