Wanted: Lightspeed trade ins

I am thinking about upgrading to Lightspeed Sierras but want to give my current 20XLs to my son to use. Anybody happen to have a broken headset that meets the criteria for the Lightspeed trade in rebate?

I didn't think they have to be working but will certainly double check with Lightspeed. A friend with a broken pair of 20XLs contacted LS for repair and was told they they no longer support them but that he could trade them towards the Sierras or Zulus.

I have a 20XL that I tried to trade in to Lightspeed. They were reconditioned from Lightspeed when I bought them. Lightspeed said they wouldn't give me the $250 credit due to being reconditioned.
I bought DC ProX instead. If you can trade my 20XL, you can have it.

just traded in my broken 20XL for $250 credit towards new Sierras. Didn't WANT new ones, but Lightspeed said the old ones had no more parts available to effect a repair...
