I have come to the realization that it's time to take on a partner. I'm not flying N61GM enough to justify full ownership, but I don't want to sell the plane, I really love my plane...

If anyone out there knows of anyone in the Denver/Colorado Springs area who might be interested in a 1/2 partnership in a very nice 1961 N35 Bonanza, please let me know.

If anyone has any tips on finding a partner, what kind of partner to look for, or how to set up a partnership, I'd appreciate any and all hints, tips, or pointers you can give me.
