Update for Garmin GPSmap 96C

I have been looking for a database update for my friend's GPSmap 96C and it looks like the only option out there is the update from the Garmin website.

Not that I would every do this because it's illegal, but does anyone know where there might be a torrent file for it? Just for discussion...

There are a number of public info maps that can be uploaded legally to your garmin. google links to numerous to list

I found some of those for the UK but I couldn't find any for the US. What search terms did you enter?

Most of the maps are DIY

I haven't seen anything about updating the Jepp informaton.

I'll have to fire up the laptop and look at my saved links. I've downloaded and used maps for all over the US in my Garmin Colorado 300 for hunting
