Two rough hours today

Sky was so beautiful and surface winds really low compared to yesterday, so I set out for my first spring XC. Thermals and crazy winds produced a (sometimes) tooth-jarring ride, but I saw it through. When the forecasters call for moderate turbulence, plan on it!

Visibility was 50+ miles. Rare for the SE.

yeah it was bumpy AF. however, they almost always call for moderate turb 'round here. as most of us know, can't count of those forecasts for shyte.

You know it's rough when using the AP is impossible. And you can hear it in peoples voice on Center.
