Not yet - however, Tesla pulled a permit to build a SuperCharger in Escanaba, so should probably be up in a few months. It's an oft-requested route. A Model X 90 can definitely do those two legs with one stop while towing 3500 miles (174 miles and 147 miles). I don't think something with a 100kWh will have any issues pulling 5000lbs for over 200 miles.
The Model S frame isn't built to tow 5000lbs though. The Tesla pickup will be able to, but will have to wait to see what battery they put in.
Alternatively, get the Tesla Semi and pull 80'000 lbs for 500 miles...
