103 fever can't pee, they think it is a urinary infection.

Of course he's loving it. ;; not really

he has a catheter in and the fever is down some, been a long day.

Barb.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Doesn't sound like much fun.

Sending my best wishes to Tom! Hope for a speedy recovery! I knew I haven’t seen him online in awhile.

Urinary track infections can really be hard on certain age groups, luckily they are treatable. Give Tom my best wishes.

Tell Tom to taxi in close. I think he will get the reference and hopefully, it will put a smile on his face.

Thinking of tom and hoping he gets sprung soon.

Prayers here for Tom. BTDT, and ended up septic. 2 weeks to recover... Misery. I really do hope they got a handle on it.

Thanks for the info Barb we are all hoping for a speedy recovery for all that he is dealing with.

Tell that ornery cuss we think we at least have a chance of winning a pi**ing contest against him now ;)

Joking of course..

(because we all know we'll never really stand a chance)

Kidding again! ...best wishes Tom.

I must really bite when a master healer like Tom has to submit to the care of an entirely different type of "mechanic."

It has been said that "...you can't kill a man born to hang." Tom's bad-ass, and we're looking forward to learning more from him.

Get well quickly!

Godspeed on the recovery,Tom! And hopefully you’re able to get some rest, Barb! Thoughts and prayers your way.

Glad to hear you are feeling somewhat better Tom...on the road to recovery!

Mrs. Steingar went through the same thing. I now know what delirious with fever really means. She was in hospital for a week. Good luck.

Tom..

I just witnessed this with my mother in law.. She is recovered now. My one suggestion is keep a close eye out for any signs of infection If you have any sign get medical attention right away. Don't try to tough it out and ignore any symptoms.

Wishing you a speedy recovery!
