This. Being in the asset mgmt industry, things are always coming up. There is always a fire drill. But my vacations typically involve locales where I can't connect even if I wanted to. Get outside and shut off the electronics. You will come back more effective and rested.

I didn't realize that many IT people are pilots... I hate IT people but don't hate myself or Pilots... lol
